Kelly Blanchfield (MACP), Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). It takes strength, resilience, and self awareness to reach out for support. In that support, I look to provide a safe place for children and youth to share their stories and find their strengths. I work with my clients in creative ways to help them understand themselves, see their value, find coping skills to navigate life, and develop meaningful relationships. My experience includes working with children and youth who are neurodivergent, navigating self discovery, healing from trauma, and developing helpful coping strategies. I have worked with anxiety, depression, negative self talk, ADHD, Autism, emotion regulation, behavioural difficulties, social skill development, self harm, and suicidal ideation. My approach is trauma-informed with a focus on positive perspectives and evidence-based practices, which often involves creative expression. I often use art and creative processes in sessions to help with self expression and the development of coping strategies. It would be an honour and pleasure to be part of your healing journey and I look forward to meeting you!

Hannah O'Reilly (MA), Registered Psychotherapist . Taking that first step to reach out for support and discuss your story is a great sign of strength and it also signifies the beginning of a personal, enriching journey. I work alongside children, adolescents, and families and work towards goals that are formulated in collaboration with clients to ensure that any unique needs are being met and inner strengths/resources are being nurtured. I continuously strive to provide a warm, safe, inclusive space for all while simultaneously using fun, creative interventions when working with younger children. Over the years I have gained experience with children, youth, and families in various clinical and community settings. Primarily, I have experience working with children and youth with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, behavioural issues, OCD tendencies, low self-esteem, body image concerns, social/peer difficulties, as well as those who have experienced developmental trauma/loss. The approach I take is trauma-informed and strength-based as I primarily operate from a Collaborative Problem Solving, humanistic lens. I also use many play-therapy based techniques as well as cognitive behavioural therapy and emotion-focused interventions. I feel truly honoured to be part of your journey and look forward to meeting you!
